CALDERA BLUE - Greece

This project has been designed by the architects Seroff & Papadopoulos in collaboration with Matheos Fafalios and his team. All plans are final and have been submitted for approval. Work is expected to begin immediately after building permits are secured, expecting it to be before the summer of 2011. The completion date for the first phase is set to be the end of May, 2012.

The project is split in 3 main areas; the 52 holiday units on the hill, the 11 beach front villas and the restaurant - café bar. The units on the hill range from €57,900 to €136,000 whilst the beach front properties are expected to start at around €300,000. 

All 63 properties have unobstructed views to the clear blue water of the Korinthian bay, access to a restaurant / café bar and its infinity pool, ample secure parking for themselves and their visitors, use of a secure parking area for power boats and jet skies, use of the water sports facilities and the privilege of a seaside restaurant and bar. Many of the properties enjoy the use of a private garden with enough space for a private pool.
