Aloe Court 7 - Lycavitos - Nicosia

The location of this project was very carefully selected to combine the advantages of being within walking distance to the city's business centre and with the benefits of living in a strictly residential road; the plot is so central it falls under the municipality of Nicosia.

Following the success of Aloe court 5 in Archangelos where all residents absolutely love the design, ergonomics, creative use of space and in general the thought put behind every single detail of their apartments, the design of Aloe court 7 was once again trusted to the team of architects, Yiannis & Katerina Neophidedes.

This 4 storey building houses 10 apartments; levels one, two and three are identical, each one having one single bedroom apartment and two double bedroom apartments. A three bedroom penthouse occupies the entire forth floor, offering panoramic views of the pentadaktylos mountain range and the skyline of the city. An alternative solution of a four bedroom apartment is available.
